I’m Reddy Lingala, a UX/UI Designer with over 10 years of experience creating user-centered digital experiences across government, telecom, banking, and e-commerce sectors.

I thrive in cross-functional teams and excel at leading complex, data-driven projects from concept to launch. I’m passionate about translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, impactful digital solutions.

My core expertise spans user-centered design, interaction design, design systems, and usability. I specialise in simplifying complex requirements into accessible, meaningful experiences that deliver real value. With a creative mindset grounded in research and practical design thinking, I’m committed to crafting seamless, human-centered journeys that make a measurable difference.

Over the years, I’ve led impactful design initiatives for high-profile clients including HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), MTN Nigeria, Virgin Media, BNY Mellon, and more. Whether designing large-scale government services or fast-moving telecom apps, I focus on clarity, usability, and outcome-driven design.

I’m experienced in facilitating workshops, managing design teams, and collaborating within agile, cross-functional squads. I thrive in complex environments, aligning stakeholder priorities with user needs to drive success.

I’m fluent in tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, and Mural, and understand developer handoff through working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm also well-versed in WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and the GDS/GOV.UK design system.

I hold a Master’s in Multimedia Technology from Swinburne University (Australia), along with certifications in AI for Designers, Mobile UX, and E-Commerce Psychology from the Interaction Design Foundation.
